Internship UX Design & Analytics at swiss.com (m/f/diverse) in Zürich

As part of your internship at swiss.com, you will support the User Experience Design & Analytics team for six months, especially in the editorial area, in day-to-day business and with projects. Your tasks will include researching, creating and maintaining content for swiss.com and the digital travel guide. You will also work on the quality assurance of the divisions and support the team in project-related work.

Your duties

• Support in the writing, creation and maintenance of our content on swiss.com and the digital travel guide
• Conduct research for the updating of the Travel Guide tips
• Support the team in selected content analyses and evaluations
• Take on the responsibility of a project or smaller sub-projects
• Support in general administrative and organisational tasks

• Bachelor or Master degree or HF Diploma certificate with focus on Communication or Marketing
• A good spoken and written command of English and German
• Advanced Microsoft Office know-how
• Knowledge of Photoshop is an advantage
• First experience in the online sector (e.g. internship, holiday job)
• Interest in writing
• Independent, solution-oriented and proactive way of working

Salary:
CHF 2'500.- per month for Bachelor degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3'000.- per month for Master degree
