Through contractual agreements and strategic further development of corporate customers we ensure that sustainable revenues are generated and that full advantage is taken of all available potential for the Lufthansa Group and our joint-venture airline partners.
As the “Customer Face” of the Lufthansa Group in the Swiss market, we safeguard the Group’s business interests and implement its overall sales and distribution strategy by conducting a partnerly, fair and open dialogue with our clients. We further formulate the market’s and our clients’ wishes and requirements of the Lufthansa Group, to channel these into its distribution strategy and distribution program design.
