The Customer Feedback Services department is responsible for the worldwide handling of SWISS claims. Our core business is the support of our customers and the processing of inquiries and feedbacks. As a team leader, you will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of your team, for achieving the volume and quality targets and for the overall task coordination between internal and external service teams. 

Your Duties

  • Professional and disciplinary leadership of your team, regular exchange with employees
  • Reach the targets in terms of performance and quality, identify and implement necessary measures
  • Participation in projects that lead to process optimization and a high quality customer experience
  • Close collaboration and exchange with business partners and internal interfaces
