Internship in Market Research (all genders) in Zürich

Our Market Research unit, which is part of the SWISS Marketing Analytics and the Lufthansa Group Market Research teams, is playing an increasingly active part in developing innovative new methods to measure and analyze the feedback from our customers. In your internship you will help the Market Research team to conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys, and will also carry out your own customer surveys within the SWISS Customer Online Panel. You’ll even have the opportunity to conduct a major ad-hoc project yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Independently coordinating and fully conducting several smaller customer surveys with the SWISS Customer Online Panel
• Devising and programming questionnaires
• Coordinating with external partners (market research agencies and online survey tool providers)
• Supporting the PST survey processes
• Collaborating on long-term projects and assuming responsibility for your own ad-hoc online surveys
• Conducting analyses and evaluations using Excel and SPSS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in business administration with a specialization in marketing, psychology, another social science or similar
• Preferably some initial work experience in an appropriate field
• Enjoyment of evaluating and analyzing data
• Very good spoken and written command of English and German, French an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills and good SPSS skills, with a knowledge of Tableau an advantage
• Precise working approach with high demands of your own work quality
• Desire to contribute your own ideas

CHF 2,500.- gross per month with a Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3,000.- gross per month with a Master’s Degree
