Internship Performance Management Ground (all genders) in Zürich

The Performance Management team at Ground Operations ensures that service and quality delivery can be controlled by both internal and external providers. The focus is on the entire process chain of passengers, baggage and cargo, which is provided or secured by SWISS stations worldwide. We generate and comment on reports in detail for the management and the stations. This is done in close cooperation with other SWISS departments as well as with experts in the Lufthansa Group.

Your duties

• Ensuring an on-schedule reporting with a target group focus within Ground Operations
• Identifying/describing the needs of the various stakeholders within Ground Operations
• Development of solution options for analysis and reporting tools and implementation including user support and guidelines
• Cross-team cooperation within SWISS (e.g. product department analysis) as well as the Lufthansa Group

• Bachelor in Economics / Business Informatics / Computer Science or similar
• Very good knowledge of Excel, VBA knowledge is an advantage
• Experience in database management is desirable
• Knowledge of a programming language (R, Matlab, VBA or similar)
• Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to work in a team and cultural openness

Salary:
CHF 2'500.- per month for Bachelor degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3'000.- per month for Master degree
