Internship in Revenue Management Business Solutions (all genders) in Zürich

The prime task of Revenue Management is to determine the right price for the right customer at the right time, with due and full regard to customer behaviour, demand and the capacity available.

The Business Solutions team in Revenue Management deals holistically with the future development of Revenue Management of Lufthansa Group and SWISS - from the improvement of mathematical and statistical methods and processes through coordination for further development projects to ensuring training and knowledge exchange.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting methodological development in Revenue Management (data analysis and preparation, development of status presentations for management and other stakeholders)
• Supporting project management of development projects (organization of project workshops, meetings and documentation)
• Creating and implementing concepts for Knowledge exchange between different stakeholders at distributed locations (coordination of trainings and ad-hoc initiatives, investigation and implementation of new platforms)

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education in statistics, business informatics or similar
• Structured working approach, analytical thinking skills and a flair for numbers
• Very good MS Office skills as well as experience in SQL and a programming language (e.g. R)
• Very good English skills, spoken and written
• Sizeable initiative and an enjoyment of working independently

Salary:
CHF 2,500.- gross per month with a Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3,000.- gross per month with a Master’s Degree
