Tech Lead SEA (100%) in Zurich

Become part of the team at one of the leading digital agencies in Europe! As Tech Lead SEA you are responsible for the technical leadership of our largest unit and work closely with specialists in the field of search engine marketing. To ensure that you constantly use and test your SEA knowledge, you will also manage a SEA client.

Your main tasks are...

...as Tech Lead SEA you are responsible for the management of our Senior Specialists and Service Ambassadors. You lead the meetings and support them and the SEA team in strategic and technical questions. In the area of Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising you are responsible for the partner management and represent Webrepublic towards our partners. In addition, you will ensure that our clients' SEA campaigns are state-of-the-art and meet the highest quality standards. You will also express your know-how in articles and actively lead discussions on new topics in the SEA field. You also make sure that all consultants in the SEA Unit are always top trained.

You report directly to the Head of SEA and work actively with her on the further development of the SEA Unit and represent our values of transparency, innovation and drive both internally and externally.

You...

• possess a university degree (economics, marketing, communications, media or related sectors)
• have 4+ years of SEA experience in an agency or in-house and are an expert in handling the appropriate platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Google Analytics and SA360
• are also knowledgeable with related disciplines (e.g. SEO, E-Commerce, Display Advertising, etc.)
• are very interested in new technologies and trends in digital and especially in performance marketing
• have leadership experience (1+ year) or have led teams in large client projects 
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• you like to take responsibility and are proactive in getting involved
• speak fluent German or English
