Jobbeschreibung

You are responsible for the application of new direct distribution solutions to defined purchase points (corporate, business, leisure and technology providers). You manage the global market pipeline of distribution solutions implementation, ensuring full quality management of connection and handing over purchase points once fully implemented and connected. You report to the Lufthansa Group (LHG) Head of Distribution Application Management.

 

Your duties

  • Analyze full system landscape of purchase points (corporate, business, leisure and technology providers)
  • Propose most-suitable LHG direct distribution solutions to purchase points
  • Application of LHG direct distribution solutions to purchase points
  • Assure quality of application to purchase points by monitoring the connection to LHG distribution solutions
  • Assure transition and handover of purchase points to Purchase Point Management team
  • Assure maintenance of application pipeline according to LHG Global Market Management standards for full transparency and visibility
  • Functional leadership of project members in role of project leader
  • Support the Global Market Management – Development and Sales team in acquiring further direct distribution know-how
Your profile
  • Matura, commercial education or University degree
  • Significant knowledge and experience with Travel Distribution Eco System (at least 3 years)
  • Experience in Business / IT alignment
  • Functional leadership of project members in role of Project leader
  • Ability to apply direct distribution solutions into application
  • Strong ability to breakdown concepts into operations planning, develop and achieve ambitious targets
  • High willingness to travel
  • Ability to work and coordinate across functional lines within a Multi-Hub environment
  • Fluent in English / German is an asset
  • Strongly developed sense of responsibility, high level of commitment and ability to work under pressure
