Internship in Media Relations & Content Production (all genders) in Zürich

Our SWISS Media Relations & Content Production team are responsible for handling and responding to all media inquiries and maintaining good relations with media representatives all over the world, with a particular focus on journalists based in Switzerland and our further key SWISS markets. The team are also responsible for producing content for our internal communications channels.

In all these activities, the team and its members deal closely with the various specialist units within SWISS, and serve as the prime point of contact for all our internal communications. The team commit all their energies and enthusiasm to strengthening SWISS’s reputation, supporting its sales and promoting dialogue both with the public and among the company’s personnel.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting our media spokespersons in their daily business, and in organizing and conducting internal and external projects and events
• Staffing the media hotline
• Assisting in the planning and organization of media trips
• Creating and preparing items for our internal communications platforms  
• Helping to plan and coordinate communications actions with our specialist units
• Compiling the daily media review and media releases

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or an “HF” Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education specializing in communications
• Excellent written expression
• Very good spoken and written German and English skills, with French an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Some initial work experience in communications would be an advantage
• Experience with content management systems would be an advantage
• Swift grasp of essentials, an ability to work under pressure, commitment and flexibility

Salary:
CHF 2,500.- gross per month with a Bachelor’s Degree / Advanced Federal Diploma of Higher Education
CHF 3,000.- gross per month with a Master’s Degree
