Project Management Harmonization Crew Apps LH Group (80-100%, all genders) in Zürich

This role is part of the team Crew Application Management Group Airlines within the area Flight Operations Technology at Lufthansa Group.

In order to optimize and eventually harmonize the crew applications across the Lufthansa Group Airlines you will perform benchmark analysis and run subsequent projects. You will work closely with various Flight Operations stakeholders, Product Owners and IT departments across multiple Airlines.

Your duties

• Analyze requirements/processes in regards to crew application harmonization potential in close collaboration with Product Owners within LH Group airlines
• Perform benchmark analysis for existing crew applications at LH Group
• Identify and rate synergy and harmonization potential
• Prepare and execute harmonization projects in collaboration with various stakeholders and the IT department
• Actively manage the crew application portfolio in collaboration with the team Digital Crew Journey

• Multiple years of relevant job experience including project management in the field of digitalization
• Bachelor's or master's degree in economics, computer science or a comparable qualification
• Ideally knowledge of crew applications
• Strong communication skills, assertiveness
• Experience in change management
• Exceptional analytical cognitive abilities
• Fluent in German and English mandatory
• Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)
