HR Coordinator (50-60%, all genders, temporary until 31.12.2020) in Zürich

We are looking for a motivated, accurate, yet fast-working person who would like to join our dynamic and committed HR Coordinator team until the end of 2020. You will be the first contact for internal and external applicants via phone as well as eMail/social media and will support colleagues from HR and line management during the recruiting process. 

Tasks

• Publication of job ads on internal and external job portals as well as taking care of our internal job portal (updating documents etc.)
• Planning of interviews
• Communication with applicants as well as internal and external interfaces, making sure everything runs smoothly and according to processes and regulations
• Various other tasks connected with the recruiting process, like verifying that application documents are complete, preparing the contracting process for new employees or even supporting with preselection
• Taking part in the effort to continuously improve our processes as well as supporting in projects or additional administrative tasks

• Commercial apprenticeship or/and Matura with relevant professional experience
• Ability to prioritize different topics
• Fast and efficient working method, careful work even under time pressure
• Independent and proactive work
• Fast familiarization with new topics
• Enjoying in teamwork and willingness to support each other in the team
• Strong customer orientation
• Very good written and oral communication in German and English
• Pleasure of telephone contact with confident expression
• French is an advantage
