- Shape and drive the development of the online content strategy across our Lufthansa Group web and mobile platforms (incl. swiss.com)
- Manage the consistent delivery of high quality, digitally optimized, user centric content at scale
- Write and edit content pages and the booking flow in a content management system (CMS)
- Partner with other internal editorial groups to ensure content freshness and consistent “brand voice”
- Collaborate with UX experts, data analysts, project manager, business analyst and engineers to define requirements
- Manage projects and stakeholders, help coordinate translations, improve writing tools and processes, format documents
- Act as a subject matter expert for user experience writing. Mentor and inspire others in the practice and impact of UX writing.
