Facilitation Management (50-80%, all genders) 

The overarching goal is to prevent identified persons of interest from travelling and expedite legitimate travelers in a more efficient way through border controls.

You will be part of the Ground Operations Facilitation Competence Center (GFC) and will be responsible for the following duties:

• Analyze the international illegal migration flow and follow up of particular cases in contact with stations, providers and authorities
• Create and run an LHG Facilitation training concept, which will be applied to the worldwide LHG stations and hubs
• Handle the daily operation of the worldwide Facilitation relevant cases in cooperation with the authorities
• Execute the invoice control and financial reporting
• Support the further development and quality control of the LHG INAD & Offload reporting & database in cooperation with a third party service provider
• Act as the 2nd level support for INAD handling
