Crew Training Licensing & Support (80-100%, all genders)  in Zürich

As an employee in the Crew Training Licensing & Support department, you are an expert in the field of qualifications for pilots, cabin crew and instructors.

You process, control and monitor trainings for the flying personnel area.

• Processing of trainings/examinations and licenses for the flying personnel in our crew training IT tool
• Quality control of license documents (licenses, medicals, course records)
• Coordinate and workout of license-relevant usage guidelines in the planning of pilots conversion courses and instructor training
• Cost control (invoicing & instructors remuneration)
• Editing and processing of legal (e.g. Operations Manual Training) and internal documents
• Provides support for the crew training IT systems
