The focus of the Senior Trainer Ground Operation is to convey complex knowledge in the fields Reservation & Ticketing, Station Steering and Passenger Services to an international audience.
- Conduct worldwide classroom- and virtual classroom (VC) trainings
- Develop and implement Web based training (WBT) scripts
- Carry out analyses, develop new training concepts and learning units
- Update training materials continuously
- Develop and implement quality improvement measures
- Conduct trainer qualification modules, accompany measures and coaching sessions
- Design new uniformly training processes, methods and standards within the Lufthansa Group Hub Airlines training
