Senior Trainer Ground Operations (90%, all genders)  in Zürich

The focus of the Senior Trainer Ground Operation is to convey complex knowledge in the fields Reservation & Ticketing, Station Steering and Passenger Services to an international audience.  

• Conduct worldwide classroom- and virtual classroom (VC) trainings
• Develop and implement Web based training (WBT) scripts
• Carry out analyses, develop new training concepts and learning units
• Update training materials continuously
• Develop and implement quality improvement measures
• Conduct trainer qualification modules, accompany measures and coaching sessions
• Design new uniformly training processes, methods and standards within the Lufthansa Group Hub Airlines training
