Internship in Inflight Service (limited 6 months, 100%, all genders)  in Zürich

Our Zurich-based Product Development Onboard & Lounge Services team devises and develops new product and service concepts for the LH Group, which consists of SWISS, Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines.

These range from new products that are designed to generate ancillary revenues to further additions and enhancements to our lounge and on-board products and services for our premium guests.

• Helping to manage and monitor our product-related life-cycle projects
• Devising internal and external communications for our inflight service products
• Providing product information and instructions for our cabin crew members
• Coordinating product-related crew events (to present and introduce new products)
• Analyzing crew reports, accompanying and evaluating test flights
• Helping to organize and conduct crew workshops
• Supporting Lufthansa Group-wide product development in devising new concepts
• Benchmarking and evaluating on-board and lounge service trials
