Internship Kaizen & Continuous Improvement (limited 6 months, 100%, all genders)  in Zürich

Besides your daily tasks, you will shape program`s communication towards its stakeholders. You will get to learn about various processes at SWISS and be a part of a dynamic team influencing change.

• Take the lead in preparing communication to Program`s stakeholders and partners on the developed concepts from the Kaizen & Continuous Improvement Team
• Report on Program`s achievements through internal articles, newsletters and events
• Develop and keep the Program`s intranet website and its contents up-to-date
• Support the Kaizen team and Business Development organization in various day-to-day activities, administrative and ad-hoc requests
• Prepare presentations with facts and figures on multiple topics and support improvement workshop teams as and when required
• Carry out ad-hoc research on various topics related to change management, Kaizen/Lean, moderation tools & methods and continuous improvement methodologies
