• Planning, coordination and execution of Compliance risk reports on Divisional, Business Area and Location level as input for key risk meetings on top management level, incl. IWM Risk Committee (RMC), Business Area Risk Committees and Board of Director reports
• Opportunity to further develop the Risk Analytics and Reporting framework & methodology for IWM Compliance
• Responsibility to maintain and further develop the IWM Compliance Metrics inventory; incl. design of new (forward looking) Metrics across all Compliance Risks in close collaboration with Subject Matter Experts and Data Specialists
• Performance of read-across based on quantitative and qualitative factors to provide insightful risk assessments and to identify areas for risk improvement
• Conduct and coordinate the mid / end year assessment from a Compliance perspective for the Business on different levels
• Participation and representation of IWM Compliance in initiative and projects within Compliance and IWM Division related to Risk Analytics and Reporting
• Interaction with Stakeholders globally across the bank, main business partners include Compliance Coverage Officer, Compliance SMEs, Business FLDS teams, Data specialists
• Get a deep understanding on Compliance Risk across Client Coverage and Product Units

• A Bachelor or Master degree from a university or institute of higher education; ideally complemented by a specialization or certificate in risk / compliance / legal or equivalent education
• You have a minimum of 7 years' experience in Compliance / Risk Management either as member of one of the Lines of Defense within a financial institution or during your experience as auditor / advisor
• Previous experience in a risk analytics & reporting function would be considered as a plus
• High proficiency in MS-Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint, Tableau skills would be a plus
• You have an affinity for IT and data and the ability to embrace new concepts and technologies quickly
• Your excellent analytical skills as well as your structured and a results-based way of working enable you to present results in a very efficient way
• High sense of responsibility and independent working practice, showing initiative and high level of reliability
• You are a dedicated problem solver with a positive, empathetic personality and can-do attitude who loves to handle multiple challenging priorities and assignments
• As a team-player you show an open, flexible and team oriented attitude
• In particular very good English and German language skills (both spoken and written)
