Your responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supporting Patient Engagement & External Engagement/Collaboration projects across disease areas in Oncology & Hematology • Coordinating internal stakeholder communications/ interactions • Scheduling project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on actions • Supporting the development of communications materials, e.g. Power Point presentations, internal trainings • Conducting online research and collating into communications/ presentations • Maintenance and further development of SharePoint and Intranet presence • Supporting internal stakeholders with the use of Patient Engagement tools
Minimum requirementsWhat you’ll bring to the role:
• Bachelor or Masters graduate in a relevant field e.g. healthcare, communications or project management (graduation not longer than 2 years ago) • Fluent in English, written and spoken • Experience working in a corporate environment and / or work environment with multiple departments / stakeholders • Good communication skills, verbal and written • Self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills • Good knowledge of MS Office tools, including SharePoint & MS Teams • Open, agile and collaborative personality with good interpersonal skills
Timing: Start as soon as possible until December 31, 2020
