We bring smart contracts to business for which we are looking to build a world class network of entrepreneurs, startups, and corporate executives playing a key role in shaping the digital future. We are looking for a young professional to support us in every day administrative tasks.
You will be assisting our Management Board and Officer Manager in:
- Preparing accounting documents for routine financial statements, the annual budget, quarterly planning, and investor reports.
- Organizing travel reservations and preparing expense reports for management board members.
- Executing administrative correspondence.
- Handling requests coming from employees.
- Managing the conference rooms, daily office supplies, handling incoming and outgoing mail/parcels, and petty cash purchases.
- Upkeeping the office premises and coffee bar.

The position is immediately available for an enrolled undergraduate or graduate student with at least one more year of studies. We expect you to be IT/technically affine, have accounting or administrative work experience, be able to work with Google and MS Office, be well organized, able to write clearly and concisely in English and in German, and to work independently.
