Regional Wholesale Manager in SCHAFFHAUSEN

MISSION:  The mission of Regional Wholesale Manager is conduct wholesale activities in the giving territory. Conduct Training to retailer’s sales staff in the area. Ensure Visual Merchandising is properly in place. Implement trade marketing activities. Coordination on after-sales service. .

REPORTING TO:         Commercial Director, IWC SCHAFFHAUSEN China 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1)    Wholesale activities according to Wholesale strategic and ensure sales target achieve. 
-    Monitor the sales situation (sell-in, replenishment, stock) of retailers in the area, prepare the monthly 
-    Communicate and guide retailers PO preparing and PO confirm
-    Follow up on the daily POS related issues and enquiries
-    Regular visit to retailers, report and follow up on the related issues (Sales, VM, market trend and competitor’s activities, etc.)
-    Monitor and follow up on the retailer’s payment.
-    Quarterly meeting with retailers and prepare the meeting report to Director. Organize the management meetings with retailers by planning and submit the meeting report to Director
-    Co-ordinate with internal boutique and operation department on exchanging goods, confirm stock, arrange the logistic after get validation from retail head and MD
-    WS weekly and monthly meeting with Director, report all dealer’s related issue
-    Prepare sales report and analysis
2)    POS daily operation in order to monitor daily wholesale sales report
-    Ensure POS service level meet brand standard
-    Monitor and push retailers sellout
-    Ensure sellout and inventory record is timely update in Booster System
-    Help define operation KPIs for retailers and execute 
3)    Visual Merchandising
-    Cooperate with trade marketing team to make sure VM standard is respected according to guideline and carried out on the POS level.
-    Timely submit market visit report to make sure POS VM align brand standard
4)    Training
-    Coordinate with training manager to decide yearly training plan.
-    Organize and conduct on-site training
-    Identify POS training need
5)    Trade marketing activities support
-    Make proposal on the trade marketing activities to support retailer’s sell-in, sell out, define sales target and reach agreement with retailers before the event. 
-    Making proper training and watch display for the event, in charge of training material and on job coaching for retailers 
-    Preparing the goods and VM for even, monitor logistic situation
-    Collection PLV
-    Support clients invitation, confirm client number, even daily photo report.
-    Monitor the sales situation during the events and road show, support CRM and make sure events and road show success.
-    Ensure retailers get the useful landlord resource, negotiate with landlord to get the more resource to support sales
-    Define even gift apply and even incentive scheme, submit and approval get from Director
-    Even reports to Director 
6)    After-sales Service
-    Handle and follow up after sales service enquiries with retailers and CS platform
-    Communicate with Client and retailers to solve the customer complain, follow up return PO’s situation.
-    Ensure retailers new arriver quality, follow up return goods with retailers and CS platform
-    CRC follow up and make sure all CRC inquiry solve

 

PROFILE:
•    Minimum BA degree and above 
•    Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in high-end watch sales.
•    Ability to learn complex procedure and proactive in proposing innovations and improvement
•    Experience in handling wholesale operation 
•    Ability to travel up to 40% of time 
•    Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English.
