JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Create, develop, write & design branded content, articles, tutorials and videos. Manage website & social media channels (including Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter) content and marketing campaigns. 
  • Develop visual, electronic, auditory, and kinesthetic media materials (posts, articles, tutorials, videos).
  • Working with different Content Management systems.
  • Maintaining and maximizing marketing/sales CRM database.
  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents.
  • Digital photography and editing of video content.
  • Learning and working with various types of Marketing software.
  • Helping organize and coordinate marketing events such as conferences, webinars and tradeshows.
  • Supporting the Chief Marketing Officer and Sales teams with planning, implementing and monitoring marketing initiatives.
  • Tuning the content message and the style of delivery, including translation and localization.
  • Lead efforts to develop ideas for design, subject matter experts by giving ideas as to how to best utilize technology in a way that supports desired goals and maintains the integrity of the content, understanding and complying with regulatory, copyright, and other applicable laws.
  • High level knowledge of software programs used to create graphics, animations, videos, audio and Web interfaces.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent related experience preferred.
  • 1 year computer programming, graphic design, or training experience preferred.
  • 1 year web development, or using content authoring and audio software, to write, design and produce interactive multimedia presentations experience preferred.
  • Microsoft Office products experience required.
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Captivate, Photoshop, After Effects, Premier Pro, Animate, etc.) experience preferred.
  • Previous writing procedures and content experience required.
  • Previous JavaScript, HTML, and HTML5 experience preferred.
  • Able to analyze the outcomes and performance against set KPIs.
  • Previous CRM experience a plus.
