Job description

This position involves collaboration between different research groups in leading universities across Switzerland, as well as with the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre. The tasks will involve extending and integrating implementations of cutting-​edge research in biomedical image analysis. The candidate will be part of a major joint effort and should have a strong interest in coding.

The position is open immediately and initially limited to 3 months. An extension for three months is possible.

Your profile

  • Bachelor degree and immatriculated (student assistant) / Master degree (scientific assistant)
  • Excellent programming skills and experience with Python
  • Familiarity with version control, container virtualization and deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow
