Job Description

For our Group HR team we are looking for a dedicated personality as a Working Student Compensation & Benefits (f/m). The position encompasses the following main tasks:

  • You report directly to the Deputy Vice President Global Compensation & Benefits and support her with various administrative tasks.
  • You collaborate in various processes (compensation review, short-term incentive, long-term incentive) and projects (HRIS – compensation module, grading, benchmarking).
  • You conduct market research and create internal and external reports and analysis.
  • You take ownership to prepare presentations and other documents.
  • You assist with tasks like meeting organization, schedule coordination, document filing, invoice management, expense report and office infrastructure.
  • Job Requirements
  • You are a student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences of business administration (ideally with focus on HR), economics or related fields.
  • Preferably you have already work experience and are seeking for a working student position for 24 months.
  • You have a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot and formula knowledge would be a plus) and PowerPoint.
  • You feel comfortable with analytical work.
  • Very good English communication skills (both spoken and written) is mandatory, a good knowledge in German is preferable but not mandatory
  • You have a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and international environment.
  • You can prioritize and manage multiple work streams
