German Speaking Junior Java Developer
About our client:
On behalf of our client, a well-established insurance company, Swisslinx is currently looking for a Junior Java developer to join an exciting permanent job opportunity in Zurich.
Your responsibilities:
- Development, implementation and maintenance of applications, components, modules and interfaces
- Drafting and updating of documentation (models, interface description, test procedures, Etc.)
- Participation in the introduction of new major versions of our core business system
- Responsibility for delivering the agreed services and results
Your background:
- Degree as a computer scientist specializing in application development
- In-depth expertise in software development with Java
- Experience with service-oriented system architectures (including REST and SOAP)
- Experience in Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Docker, OSGi, cloud platforms, OpenShift
- Experience in dealing with container solutions, DevOps/automation tools such as Kubernetes is an advantage
