We are looking for a talented and passionate person who can support - Developing human-centered approaches for culture change that are agile and ready for the digital world - Building an efficient & agile workforce management for a Hybrid organization - Design People & Talent Relations activities for Agile Digital Product Teams
Your responsibilities: - Support and drive appropriate assessment, selection, and pre-onboarding strategies for the data42 together with data42 P&O Head - Design People/Talent related activities to drive engagement ( Talent Management, Culture Activities, Team Boosters) - Close partnership with the hiring managers to support them on the hiring activities by using qualitative and quantitative data to improve both candidate experience and quality of hires - Develop the next version of the data42 Job catalog together with the Program Execution team (*work closely with Transformation Lead, data42 ) - Support organizing cultural, fun team-building events
Minimum requirements- Bachelor or master's degree in the area of Human Resource Management or a candidate who is currently conducting an MBA study - Fluent in English (oral and written) - Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills - Dedication to creating a more diverse and equitable work environment - Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing needs and generate new solutions to recruiting challenges - Critical and data-driven approach to managing candidate pipelines and stakeholders - Strong problem solving skills and proven history of building processes from the ground up - Ability to collaborate with and achieve actionable results - Excellent ability to multi-task in a high-demand and fast-paced work context - Promotes a knowledge-sharing and learning culture in the office - Consistently approaches work with energy and a positive, constructive attitude
