the restaurant "die rose" is located in the enchanting 400-year-old riegelhaus in rüschlikon, a community close to lake zurich. on the first floor in the gourmet restaurant "tobias buholzer", a 5-course appetizer and drop menu is served, with creative cuisine using mainly regional products. our gourmet restaurant has been awarded 1 michelin star and 16 gaultmillau points.

for the support of our kitchen team we are looking for a
kitchen trainee 100% (m/f)
your duties as a kitchen intern are:
o support of the kitchen team before, during and after service
o preparation of food and products
o creation of mise-en-place and various cleaning works
o compliance with our service and hygiene standards
as a prerequisite for a kitchen internship you need:
o a training place at a swiss hotel management school
o first experiences in the kitchen, experiences in fine dining are advantageous
o good german knowledge
o team player and a high degree of resilience and flexibility
o much interest and passion for gastronomy
