The Nanomaterials Engineering Research Group at the Institute for Chemical and Bioengineering () is an interdisciplinary team composed of chemical engineers, physicists, chemists, materials scientists, and electrical engineers focusing on physics and chemistry of nanomaterials for advancing nanomaterials-based electronics and optoelectronics.
This position involves the development of new-generation display technology using organic and quantum dot light emitting diodes (OLEDs/QLEDs). The main focus of this project involves efficient materials and process development for patternable OLEDs/QLEDs down to submicrometer scale.
A successful candidate should demonstrate solid academic background and experience in thin-film device fabrication, LED device physics, and/or LED characterization. The original length of the contract is one year, with potential extension.
You should have a PhD degree in natural sciences or engineering, with a strong interest in nanostructural and nanomaterial engineering.
