Anwaltspraktikum in Zürich
We are looking for a legal trainee with a focus on administrative detention under foreigners law. Gain an insight into the general provisions of the AIG and the Asylum Act, as well as various international agreements, and help us shape case law.
40 Stunden pro Woche
1,500.00CHF pro Stunde
Was du machen wirst:
- Care for clients independently
- Draft complaints to national and international courts
- Advise other voluntary legal advisors on questions relating to administrative detention under foreigners law
- Participate in meetings with authorities, conferences, workshops, and court hearings
