English Trainee Primary in Zürich

International Multilingual school is looking for an empathic person to support a child in lower primary during class.

32 - 40 Stunden pro Woche
1,500CHF pro Monat

What are you going to do:

Tandem International Multilingual School runs three multilingual schools in and around Zurich, which consists of primary schools, kindergarten, pre-schools and nurseries. Tandem IMS was founded in August 2004 in Uetikon am See by a non-profit organisation. Today, Tandem IMS employs more than seventy employees for over two hundred children in Uetikon am See, Zollikon and the city of Zurich.

For our location in Zurich Seefeld we are looking for

An empathic trainee, 80-100%

to join our multilingual teaching team, starting on February 1st, 2022 until July 31st, 2022. You will mostly work 1:1 to support a lower primary child with Special Educational Needs.

As a prerequisite you should:

  • Be a native English speaker with EU Nationality and/or a valid work permit within
    Switzerland
  • Have an interest in working with primary children – particularly those with special needs.
  • Be motivated to work in an international team
  • Be a good team player who is flexible, engaged, committed and patient
  • Have knowledge of German
