Operations Assistant (30-50%) (m/f/d) in Zürich
At Sleepiz, we are building the future of healthcare in which patient care is based more personalized, comfortable, and supportive by making use of real-world data from the patient at home. You will support us fulfilling our direct to patient orders, where we rent our medical devices to patients directly from our website, for sleep apnea screenings.
10 - 20 Stunden pro Woche
Zwischen 18.00CHF und 28.00CHF pro Stunde
Was du machen wirst:
- Conducting daily shipments, packing boxes, ordering and printing shipping and return labels as required.
- Managing swisspost account, ordering collection of boxes
- Preparing devices for shipment, making sure they are fully charged
- Cleaning and checking return devices for damage, unpacking boxes
- Making sure we have enough packaging material to fulfill all orders
- Record keeping of all shipments - Which device was sent to whom, shipping date and ID, return date and ID
