You are developing integrated digital performance strategies and support teams and stakeholders with your expertise. You are always maintaining a multi-channel customer centric approach and drive client success by focusing on business drivers and KPIs. You work on pitches and collaborate with different key stakeholders across Webrepublic with one simple goal: create integrated performance marketing campaigns which bring value to our clients.

You...

• have 5+ years experience in performance marketing with its various channels and platforms, such as SEM, E-Commerce, Social Commerce, UX, Feed Management, Affiliate Marketing and Newsletter Marketing 
• can create compelling yet simple messaging from complicated technical concepts and are capable of translating your strategies and insights into a language that stakeholders of varying levels of expertise can relate to 
• have the ability to understand the client’s business objectives and can translate them into performance marketing goals
• understand target audiences’ attitudes, behaviors and perceptions by using a variety of market information, research and clients’ data
• you have a passion for data, are driven by analytics with a desire to deep dive into business numbers and understand what generates revenues and profits
