Your duties are...

In this role, you help our clients achieve their goals by developing digital communication and campaign approaches. Leveraging primary and secondary research, developing a deep understanding of consumers and end users, and understanding key technologies as well as trends will help you do this. You create solutions for the efficient marketing of products and services, analyze user behavior and develop marketing-, communication- or technology solutions. This means you are able to understand digital marketing as an integral part of a business strategy and are able to implement solutions in a complex business environment. You like working in dynamic team and love keeping yourself up to date to accompany the digital transformation of our customers.

• bring knowledge in the areas of online marketing and communication strategy, business consulting or marketing consulting and have 3+ years of experience
• are able to translate business strategies into integrated and impactful digital marketing strategies
• have strong analytical and conceptual skills and are enthusiastic about the innovative use of the latest technologies in the field of communication
• can create briefings as a basis for complex media planning and performance campaigns and have experience in managing complex clients and projects independently
• enjoy working closely with the international team of experts from various digital areas of Webrepublic such as SEO, UX, Analytics, Technology, Creation, etc.
• speak German and English
