A young and fast-growing company, innovating the recruitment industry, is looking for a candidate manager to support our growth, fully remote and fun-focused position.

MTPartners is a boutique headhunting firm based in Switzerland, we are young and are bringing innovation to the industry, via the use of internal software and outsourced teams.
The two founders have 25 years of combined HR, Sales and Recruitment experience and have worked for companies such as Egon Zehnder and Micheal Page.
We are fully specialized in the recruitment of Sales, Marketing and Digitalization roles, due to the fast growth we are looking for a candidate manager, who can support us filling the many mandates we have.

What you will do:
- Coordinating with the sourcing team in order to source the best candidates
- Choose and interview the best fitting candidates for each role
- Sell and present in the best possible manner the job opening to the candidates
- Take notes and coordinate with our copywriters in order to prepare candidates reports and shortlist for clients
- Candidate presentation to the client and/ or to founders
What you bring:
- Experience in talent acquisition and headhunting or a degree in Business, HR or Psychology and willingness to learn
- English and German fluent or bilingual
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Willingness to grow with one of the future leaders in recruitment in the DACH region
