Meet your team
As part of the Bid Center Switzerland and the regional team of the EMEA/MEE Bid & Proposal Management, you will support the Bid & Proposal Managers in their work and manage smaller tasks on your own.
The Bid & Proposal Management supports sales representatives in preparing proposals and other sales activities. Bid & Proposal Managers lead cross-functional teams to ensure competitive and compelling proposals are submitted on time while meeting quality criteria. They organize and monitor the proposal preparation by assigning work packages, setting the timeline, providing templates, assisting in answering general questions about the company, or formatting documents according to the SAP branding.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
