What you'll do

  • Create and promote internal and external communications, according to brand guidelines. 
  • Create and publish engaging content for social media, as well as initiate engaging activities aimed at internal and external audiences through social media channels.
  • Gather and understand complex topics and create audience-relevant and compelling messages and programs.
  • Produce a variety of materials such as newsletters, videos, blogs, employee events, campaigns, social media posts and more
  • With growing experience you will play a key role in the planning and execution of employee events and customer as well as executive engagements.
  • Proactively initiate, plan and execute effective internal and external communications strategies that engage, excite and ignite
  • Provide support of employees’ communications for senior leadership
  • Work closely with sales, back-office, marketing and other teams to ensure ongoing engaging and consistent communications across all channels, contributing to functional excellence and business success

What you bring
We’re looking for a student (f/m/d) who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. Working directly for the Senior Management of the market unit Switzerland, we are looking for high profile candidates, which convince through professionalism, integrity, and a can-do-attitude:
 
•    Ideally you possess a Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or related field 
•    Experience with writing blog posts, articles, social media, or external comms pieces
•    Excellent oral/written communication skills in English and German, French is a plus
•    Extrovert, communicative and open minded (also with talking to management level) 
•    Creative skills for power point, adobe (or similar) and any other tools (e.g. Sway,…) 
•    Demonstrated professional experience in marketing and communication roles (Communications, marketing, editorials)
