• You identify and describe problems that are related to quality and establish clear sets of targets to problem-solve
• You, along with other functions, define the best problem-solving tool
• You gather information and coordinate research for missing information
• You support an inter-functional team through brainstorming sessions
• You monitor the implementation of solutions and their effectiveness
• You construct step down plans
• You undertake statistical analyses on claims

• You are in the process of completing or have completed a Master/Bachelor in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production engineering or a similar qualification
• Specific academic training in the field of quality would represent a clear advantage
• You are proficient in French and English/or German
• You have experience with Quality Core tools
• You differentiate yourself with good communication and moderation skills. Approaching your work, you are rigorous, able to organize yourself independently and have an analytical mindset. Whilst you enjoy teamwork, you have a strong sense of autonomy
