Your Tasks
  • You lead the optimisation of the user experience by controlling categorisation, product ranking adjustment, shop navigation and filter navigation
  • You handle troubleshooting and you report technical bugs in the eCommerce system
  • You assist the Online Category Manager in planning and coordinating promotions and commercial activities; You take the lead in coordinating execution together with internal teams and external agencies
  • You assure regular connection to buying teams to coordinate the execution of the strategy
  • You are the point of contact for suppliers/brands in coordinating content for planned promotions; You coordinate customer care cases and other issues with the procurement department
  • You analyse search terms and optimise online results
  • You are responsible for product assortment performance control and topsellers analysis; You report and proactively suggest optimization actions
  • You assure the daily review of website pages; You identify and report errors that may affect the customer experience
  • You handle basic sales analytics
  • You provide occasionally support to merchandising and stock management
your profile
  • You have a completed formation in the commercial field
  • You have professional experience in category management, merchandising/planning, ideally fashion-related business or in online retail
  • You speak fluently English (ideally also German or French)
  • You have very good online skills
  • Your have advanced Excel skills
  • You have a structured, reliable and independent way of working
