Your Tasks
  • You support the Online Category Manager in monitoring the online assortment online
  • You work closely with the Planners to adapt quantities to the online sales flow and ensure availability
  • You are responsible for the online in-season management and you coordinate stock levels proactively
  • You are responsible for the cohesion of the assortment online
  • You work closely with the OCM to coordinate the launch of new brands
  • You coordinate calendars & processes with the buying teams and content specialists (photostudio)
  • You align calendar & deadlines with the Online Category Manager
  • In coordination with the warehouse manager, you optimize the storage space through continuous monitoring of the in-season management and stock rotation
  • You carry out reportings and raise alerts if the timings are not respected
  • You can also give support to the Online Category Management for other various tasks related to the business optimization
your profile
  • You have a completed formation in the commercial field
  • You have professional experience in merchandising/planning, ideally fashion-related business or in online retail
  • You speak fluently English (ideally also German or French)
  • You have very good online skills
  • Your Excel skills are advanced
  • You have a structured, reliable and independent way of working
