The CEO office advises and supports the CEO and the Executive Board in their constant dialogue with management, employees and stakeholders to anchor purpose, values, strategy, culture and methodology/tools within the organization. 
 
As Strategy Implementation Adviser / Working Student, you are looking for starting your career alongside your studies in a meaningful and international company. You work with a wide variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, align with business units to plan requirements and timeline, identify risks and manage project schedules. You communicate and are comfortable explaining your analysis and proposals across the company.
 
Your Responsibilities: 

• Driving the Strategic Reporting Framework including integrated project planning, challenging and reporting.
• Working on cross-divisional strategic projects with experts (from design to implementation).
• Taking ownership of ad-hoc initiatives in different business or corporate areas.
• Establishing trusting relations, connectivity, and cross-functional collaboration among different business units, corporate functions and international teams.

Your Profile: 

• Currently in Bachelor or Master studies in the field of Energy Management, Engineering or Economics.
• First experience in project management is an advantage.
• Fast comprehension and structured as well as analytical approach
• English proficient, fluent German and French is an advantage
• Strategic thinking. Able to see the big picture and think long term.
• Approachable personality and positive thinker with good sense of humor.
• High level of initiative with strong drive and hands-on mentality.
• Values transparency and open communication.
• Staunch believer in Yes, ands, what if’s and what not’s, outside-the-box thinker, comfort-zone challenger 
• Enjoys giving and receiving feedback.
