A postdoctoral research position is available in the Laboratory of Drug Formulation and Delivery, Department of Chemistry and Applied Biosciences, ETH Zurich (Switzerland). The primary focus of this project is to investigate the DNA delivery and transfection efficiency of novel protein-based DNA transfection systems.

You will be responsible for the study design and experiment execution. The project will begin in January 2024 and have a duration of 22 months. The project is financed by the European Research Council (ERC).
The ideal candidate should have:
- excellent scientific qualifications, communication skills.
- a PhD in Veterinary Medicine, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biomedicine, Gene Therapy or related disciplines.
- prior experience in imaging, in vivo assessment of nanoparticulate based drug delivery systems and legislation regarding in vivo experimentation..
