What you'll do

We are looking for talented people with strong analytical, project management and teamwork skills. You will support the Regional Customer Advisory Team with analytical insights derived from a set of standard reports provided by the globally.  Standard reports need to be combined and the data needs to be modified to meet the different needs of our regional teams and market units with regards to e.g. pipeline, revenue, and budget.  Finally, updates and detailed monitoring of KPIs in Dashboards will be part of your responsibilities. 
 

Your assignments include (but are not limited to):

• Prepare regular status & KPI reports. Help us collate a library of key reporting assets
• Automate reports for data coming from different sources
• Build dashboards
• Gather analytical insights, derive key conclusions and prepare them for the CA management team
• Take over small projects independently and drive them from planning to execution.

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Computer or Data Science, Mathematics or similar
• Strong Analytical skills
• Expert in Microsoft Office Apps, especially Excel
• Experience with SAP applications or CRM solutions is an advantage
• Experience in analytics tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, MS Power BI, Tableau, QLIK or similar is advantage
• Project management knowledge is an advantage 
• Language skills:

The Customer Advisory (CA) organization in Middle and Eastern Europe (MEE) is chartered with differentiating SAP as the innovation partner of choice by making the Intelligent Enterprise value and experience real for every customer. 
The MEE Customer Advisory Business Transformation Office is responsible for developing and running strategic programs and their operational execution trough processes, reporting and business insights. 
As a working student you will be part of the MEE CA organization, in particular the Business Transformation Office. Here you work closely together with the MEE CA Strategy & Transformation Lead and the Operation Lead. In your role you will work with a team of expert professionals to support transformation programs across the region.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
