What you will do

• Contribute to the management and coordination of Zurich’s social media campaigns, from planning to successfully publishing our content across our media channels. 
• Discuss and plan editorial calendars as part of the newsroom process with other teams and ensure ideal content distribution on our channels  
• Analyze social media data, and make recommendations in order to provide insight to senior management and to optimize content performance 
• Support other Group Communications priorities, including community management, content planning, creation and execution as well as our Employee Advocacy program.
• Coordinate and build collaboration with social media and communication specialists from our regional teams around the world.

What you bring
 

• Actively engaged in further education, ideally studying Communications, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management or a related discipline 
• Intention to start a career in Digital Communications or Marketing 
• A passion not only for communication but the strategy, tools and data behind it
• Experience of working in Communications or Marketing especially Social Media in the past is an advantage 
• Strong sense of initiative 
• Good organizational and analytical skills. 
• Advanced social media knowledge and fluent on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Meta
• Solid PowerPoint and Excel skills and openness to explore other MS tools such as Sharepoint Online 
• Business fluent in English 
• A team-oriented talent and a strong communicator, able to work in a dynamic and everchanging environment 
• Considering also the current travel restrictions, you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the working student contract 
• At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at a university or a center of further education.
