We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join us as a Clinical & Statistical Programming(C&SP) Student, in our Clinical & Statistical Programming Technology Solutions (CSPTS) department which sits within our Integrated Data, Analytics, and Reporting (IDAR) Academy. The Academy is a premier training program focused on developing and inspiring talent considering a career in pharmaceutical research and development. You can help advance our medicines in development at Janssen!


CSPTS provides technology solutions for C&SP functional area to support the conduct of our clinical trials. The aim is to deliver technology solutions that is supplements statistical analysis and meets the standards for potential submission to regulatory authorities.


How you can make a difference: Apply your strong task prioritization, organization, problem solving skills, attention to detail and scientific knowledge to assist our organization in identifying opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.


Upon successful completion of your training your main responsibilities may include (but not be limited to):



  • Works with Clinical & Statistical Programming counterparts and other internal partners

  • Conduct research to identify innovative solutions that can be applied to our business processes.

  • Collaborate with team members to design and develop solutions using SAS, R, Python, RPA, Power Automate and other tools.

  • Create and maintain documentation for solutions.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends.
