Job Purpose
We are looking for you as our Trainee Global Product Management. In this position, you will drive global product manager efficiency by taking ownership and orchestrating life cycle tasks and cross functional projects. You will develop expertise in Product Management tasks and processes, and get contacts to many different departments at Straumann. You will be part of the Product Management team in the Implantology Business Unit, based at the HQ in Basel. The position is temporary for one year.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supports the Medical Device Regulation related product documentation updates
- Manages product data harmonization in SAP and tracks IFU and product label changes Leading Product Management tasks in cross functional projects in close collaboration with the responsible Product Managers and the departments involved
- Takes ownership for an effective and transparent communication between stakeholders, feeding different channels and continuously searching for tools and ways to improve it.
Requirements needed
- Degree in life sciences, business administration or equivalent, experience in marketing topics as well as project management is an advantage o Affinity for data and analytics o Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously o At least 6 months of working experience, preferably in an international matrix organization
- Open minded and proactive personality with the ability to cultivate a network of effective working
- relationships in an international matrix environment as well as to motivate and engage stakeholders
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
