The Origination team of Structuring & Options Trading seeks an intern for six months starting in February 2025. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain experience in long-term origination risk management, with meaningful tasks impacting day-to-day operations.

What you will do:

• Support portfolio management and traders in managing long-term origination risk.
• Act as a liaison between originators and the team, assisting with deal pricing using internal tools.
• Operate and maintain the pricing tool effectively.
• Document processes from deal inception to closure.
• Organize and eventually lead weekly team meetings.
• Address inquiries from senior management.
• Follow the market price development of European power and gas markets.
• Review and assess hedging strategies generated by internal model, and refine with portfolio managers and traders.

What you bring & who you are:

• Degree in economics, financial mathematics, or engineering.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint.
• Python is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement.
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a collaborative environment.
