Internship in M&A Post Merger Integration and Separation

The Post Merger Integration and Separation team manages SIX Group integration and separation portfolio, as well as special projects such as wind-downs, liquidations and restructurings.

We are offering a 6 months internship (with a possible extension) starting as soon as April 2025.

In this exciting role, you will be part of the reputed Corporate Developement team working closely with colleagues from M&A, Strategy as well as Corporate Services and Business Units across the entire organization.

What You Will Do

• support M&A integrations, separation and restructuing projects
• prepare steering committee presentations
• prepare and drive stakeholder meetings and workshops
• support target operating model design and coordinate the set-up or wind-down of legal entities
• assisst in functional topics (Legal, Finance, IT, HR, Regulatory) based on suitability and availability

What You Bring

• university degree (bachelor or master) with a specialization in business, finance, economics or engineering
• intial experience in the area of Consulting, Investment Banking, Finance or Business Management
• outstainding PowerPoint and Excel skills
• IT and project management know-how is very welcome
• fluency in English(verbal and written), German and/or Spanish is an advantage
