For our client, an internationally operating pharmaceutical company with its Swiss headquarters in the Zurich area we are looking for a:

As a LECQ Student Worker, you are responsible for supporting our team with administrative and compliance-related tasks.

Your main tasks

• Create and manage LECQ templates, trainings, guidelines, presentations, and other tools
• Handle formalities such as signatures and notarizations
• Develop content and manage the LECQ SharePoint site (intranet)
• Administer LECQ contracts, external translations, and invoices
• Organize trainings, meetings, and special events
• Support the team with various paralegal, compliance, and quality tasks after proper onboarding

Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's progray
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Excellent planning and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and track pending issues
• Reliable and trustworthy personality
• Proficient in using IT systems
• Fluent in German and English
