• Im Trainee-Programm durchläufst du vier Abteilungen in 18 Monaten.
• Du lernst Projektmanagement-Tools und übernimmst Teilprojekte.
• Du erhältst Einblicke in Finanzen und den Verkaufsprozess.

Fähigkeiten

• Erforderlich sind ein Master- oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Technik oder Betriebswirtschaft.
• Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative sind notwendig.
• Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch und Deutsch sind wichtig.
